Kelli K. A. Ingraham is an accomplished attorney at The Rt. Hon. Hubert A. Ingraham Chambers. She has over eighteen years of experience specializing in financial services, commercial litigation, conveyancing & real property and estate planning.

Ms. Ingraham is a graduate of St. Andrew’s International School, Nassau Bahamas and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario (Canada) and a LL.B (Hons) from the University of Sussex (UK). She subsequently obtained her Post Graduate Certificate in Law (Very Competent) from the Inns of Court School of Law.

Ms. Ingraham is a member of: The Bahamas Bar Association (2005); The Bar of England & Wales (2005); The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn (2004); and The International Bar Association.
Ms. Ingraham is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Assistant Treasurer of The Bahamas Financial Services Board. Additionally, she is a 3-Year Council Member and Executive Committee Member of The Bahamas Bar Association, having previously served as a 1-Year Council Member (three consecutive terms) and member of the Educational Committee of The Bar.

Theo is assistant general counsel in international trust services at J.P. Morgan Trust Company (Bahamas) Limited with legal responsibility for The Bahamas and Singapore trust companies. He is the chairman of the STEP Bahamas Branch, a member of the Caribbean and Latin America Regional Committee and a member of STEP’s Governing Council.

Samantha Knowles-Pratt is the Founder and CEO of BLUE TURTLE CONSULTANTS LIMITED, a boutique financial services consultancy business.

Samantha is an attorney with 25 years’ experience specializing in financial services and corporate law, securities and investment funds as well as banking and compliance, inclusive of regulatory matters.  Over the course of her career, she has served as a senior attorney and partner with a few of the major law firms in The Bahamas as well as in a management capacity at the Securities Commission of The Bahamas and in-house counsel with a financial services group. She recently established BLUE TURTLE which offers services such as financial services training (FATCA, CRS, CESRA reporting and requirements, annual AML and Corporate Governance training to name a few areas), as well as general consultancy services to financial institutions.

She was called to The Bahamas Bar in September 1998.  She also holds the designation of Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) (awarded by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, STEP) and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) (holding membership with the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, ACAMS).

Ianthé Tynes, is the Head of Compliance/MLRO at OKX Bahamas Fintech Company Limited (Nassau, The Bahamas) a leading cryptocurrency exchange whose mission is to revolutionize the way people access and use financial services by leveraging cutting-edge technology.

Ianthé currently oversees the compliance program at OKX Bahamas. Prior to joining OKX Bahamas, Ianthé was the Compliance Officer and MLRO to a former leading private banking institution in The Bahamas and has worked in several arenas in The Bahamas, such as Regulation, Human Resources, Financial Services and now Digital Assets.

Ianthé received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Sojourner-Douglass College and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Lynn University. Her certifications include: Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS), ICA Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance (ICA), Certified Cryptocurrency Investigator (CCI) and Certified Blockchain Expert (CBE).

Mechelle Martinborough is a Deputy Executive Director, Senior Legal Counsel and Secretary to the Securities Commission of The Bahamas.  She joined the Commission early in her legal career having prosecuted in the Office of The Attorney General for five years and practiced four years of civil litigation at Mckinney, Bancroft & Hughes.

Mechelle is currently in the process of overseeing legislative overhauls and amendments to the Securities Industry Act, 2011, the Investment Funds Act, 2019 and the Digital Assets and registered Exchanges Acts, 2020 and is a part of the committee formed at the national level to overhaul and address the countries Companies legislation. Mechelle is responsible for the work of the Office of Legal Counsel in the Commission.

Chris is a Regulatory, Risk and Compliance Professional with nearly a decade of experience in regulated financial services, both in the public and private sectors. Chris understands how unchecked financial and operational risks can spell disaster for financial institutions and is a firm believer that, when implemented correctly, the principles of an effective governance, risk and compliance framework can lead to sustainable profits and agile operations.

He is a certified cryptoasset anti financial crime specialist (CCAS), certified cryptocurrency investigator (CCI), certified governance, risk and compliance professional (GRCP), dual international diploma holder for GRC and anti money laundering (MICA) and an active member of numerous associations dedicated to the sound and effective risk management of regulated financial institutions.

Chris currently serves as Manager in KPMG Advisory’s Regulatory & Financial Crime practice where he consults and advises on a range of matters for traditional and non traditional financial sectors regulated firms.

As a trainer, executive consultant, and business growth coach, she has worked for almost two decades with teams in organizations ranging from large corporations and startups to universities and non profits, including PWC, Pictet Bank, NIB, Bahamar, NAD, JS Johnson, Fidelity Bank, Bristol, and BTC to name a few.

She is the author of two books and the former Executive Director of the Chamber Institute, the education arm of The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce. Her mission is to spread knowledge so that together we can progress our world.
